Funding available to develop a mobile app to help people with disabilities
SEStran would like to develop an application that will allow people with disabilities (seen and unseen), mobility issues, learning difficulties or degenerative conditions such as dementia to be able to plan their journeys from door-to-door.

Neatebox: 'Welcome’ Aboard project to enhance rail travel for people with dementia
'Welcome' Aboard, a new service which aims to improve the rail travel experience for people living with dementia, is among the winners of an innovation competition, run by RSSB, the Rail Safety and Standards Board, as part of the Department for Transport’s work to improve accessibility for all passengers.

Scottish Government Commits to £2m MaaS Investment Fund
During the Programme for Government announcement on 4th September 2018, The First Minister announced that the Scottish Government would invest up to £2m to support the testing of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) in Scotland.
